First Media Presents Video On Demand Service

After introducing high-definition broadcasts (high-definition) in early August, PT First Media Tbk (First Media) re-add services. This time, a provider of broadband communications network service (broadband) and pay TV services that deliver video on demand (VOD).

Early last month, First Media also launched the technology of high-definition (HD) for Home Cable subscribers. For comparison, the standard definition TVs generally have 480p resolution, referring to the 480 lines pixels from top to bottom, while HD has 720 or 1080 lines of pixels from top to bottom, then called 720p/1080p.
