CHAIR A VOICE, CAN CORRECT SEATING

A German scientists have successfully created a chair "miracle" that can be voiced for Facebook to notify the person sitting that they must move to improve its position.

Risto Kolva found "Intelli Chair" after conducting research on sonifikasi. Sonifikasi is the use of noise to convey information.

Research conducted Risto together partners from the University of Bielefeld, Germany. "Four sensors in the seats and another four in the last seat to detect how the person sitting in that chair," said Kolva. Data sent to a computer via Bluetooth. If the chair is to detect people who sit one position or sitting too long, the chair will sound to alert for people who sit down to change its position.

VIRTUAL WORLD KNOW TERORRIS (VIRUS STUXNET) AND THREATS

Stuxnet is a computer virus designed to attack the industrial system appeared widely. Stuxnet so-called security experts as a form of cyber weapons are a means of terrorism in cyberspace. The attacks not only on the victim's computer to steal information, but took over the machine-based control system.

How Stuxnet Work?

* Viruses are malicious software, or malware, which generally attack the industrial control system made by the German company Siemens. Experts say the virus could be used to spy or sabotage.
* Siemens said the malware spread via a USB thumb drive storage device that is infected, take advantage of vulnerabilities in Microsoft Corp's Windows operating system.
* Program software Malware attack through the Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition, or SCADA. The system used to monitor the power plant automatically - from food and chemical facilities to power plants.
* Analysts said the attackers would deploy Stuxnet via thumb drives because many SCADA systems are not connected to the Internet, but it has a USB port.
* Once the worm infects a system, quickly and establish communication with the server computer so that attackers can use to steal corporate data or control the SCADA system, said Randy Abrams, a researcher with ESET, a private security firm that has studied Stuxnet.

Strengthening Domestic Economy

Carunia Mulya Firdausy
The Deputy for Societal Dynamics, at the State Ministry for Research and Technology

"In the future, we need to strengthen our domestic economy and domestic market, and not rely too heavily on exports as our main source of growth. Therefore, a strategy that is only oriented for exports certainly is not our choice ...," President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono said in his speech before the House of Representatives on Aug. 14, 2009.

This statement was very encouraging. However, a lack attention towards exports could also jeopardize the domestic economy, for at least three reasons.

First, to strengthen our domestic economy it is almost impossible to rely on the domestic market alone. This is because the domestic market has limited ability to absorb commodities produced by Indonesia. This situation is worsened since there are substitute commodities of other countries as a consequence of globalization.
